Many of us are aware of this problem by Samsung mobile phones. Samsung Kies does not do anything when we attach our mobile via USB and we all are like WTF.....
There are few fix for this
Firstly in your mobile phones do this
First Step
- Go to Settings ----> Application ------> Development
- Uncheck USB Debugging Mode
If you select USB Mode the your mobile would be able to connect to pc as a removable device but would not show up in kies.. anyhow the choice is your
Second Step
- Go to Setting ---- Connectivity ------ > USB
- here you would find option like Samsung Kies, USB Storgae Mode, Media Player, PC Internet just select samsung kies if you are looking to connect your mobile to kies
That's it Connect you mobiles and check out whether it works or not
